Our client, an established, privately-held company, is searching for an Equipment & Facility Manager who will lead maintenance support for a complex, build-to-order manufacturing plant and corporate campus. The ideal candidate has an engineering degree and proven facilities leadership experience. This challenging and rewarding position is located in Northeast, Ohio (north of Akron in Summit County). I have attached a more detailed position description for your review.
The current maintenance department has 23 non-union employees. The company is in the midst of significantly upgrading operations and now needs a strong leader for this role -- someone who can evaluate the department's effectiveness and determine and implement the necessary changes to improve its performance.
