Requirement:
Entrepreneurial spirit
(5+ years experience/College degree required - Prefer MBA and big name schools)
Focus on soft skills  strong communicator 10 out of 10
Entrepreneurial skills  they have more of this and we need to screen for it. Not just on resume
Sound judgment  entrepreneurial 
A passion behind IT, PM, be judgmental 
A type personalities  Assertive personalities
Articulate  in front of COO, President all of de VP
5-12  years  passive candidates preferred.

Tech Skills Matrix:
5-12 years experience with successful history of leading people with a lot of technology delivery experience, well rounded technology gurus.
PM with experience utilizing entrepreneurial skills  solutions, looking for new business.
College degree required.
Must have navigated in extraordinary circumstances  touching on 7 or 8 projects.
Know large scale budget administration worked with $3M+
Oversee complex integrations, large scale roll out where 700- 3000 people.
Largest companies experience, Big 5
Wants stability - been there a year+. Not looking for more short term than that. Prefer longer term.
FAST PACED ENVIRONMENTS
Led teams in front of CXOs
Someone who does not subscribe to a particular methodology  certifications are not a leading indicator.
